We also seek out sustainably sourced West Virginia trout for your dining pleasure.

We source the finest in-season heirloom tomatoes, greens, berries, fruits, herbs, vegetables and other produce and food ingredients from small local farms whenever possible. Our suppliers include Green Acres Produce, Flying W Farms, and local Amish and community farmers. Our shoppers search high and low for organic and artisanal locally produced grains, honeys, jams, jellies, preserves, real maple syrup, and other farm-fresh ingredients, as well as rare seasonal items such as gooseberries, black raspberries, morel mushrooms, and other unique items we think you’ll love.
