At Deer Park Inn, we follow a Farm-to-Table Policy to the greatest extent possible. We choose locally-grown and organic ingredients at every opportunity. We preferentially select ingredients that have been crafted with care by our trusted local food stewards. These farmers, ranchers, and craft food makers take great care in providing the finest possible ingredients with fierce Mountaineer pride and integrity. For ingredients that are not produced locally, such as coffees, teas, black pepper, spices, and similar items, we carefully vet our suppliers and choose the highest possible quality – just as you would at home. Rest assured that we prioritize the selection of organic ingredients and those that are produced sustainably, fairly traded, and cruelty-free.
