  For meetings requiring the utmost privacy and discretion, we accept full facility reservations. Choose full-service catered dining or we can prepare your choice of banquet-style meal, charcuterie boards, cold sandwiches and salads in advance of your arrival. The property is located in the gorgeous rural West Virginia countryside with mountain views and three on-site ponds. If you will be staying with us, you may want to explore a few of the numerous nearby attractions and recreation opportunities. Host your special event with us to treat your guests to gourmet chefprepared farm-to-table dining and a full on-site bar at our tavern. With five cozy, comfortable rooms to choose from, there's no need to rush back home. Stay the night with us and let Chef Russ prepare a gourmet breakfast just for you!

• Wedding Venue – Tented

  Deer Park Inn would be honored to serve as your wedding venue.

  Our romantic 18 th century log cabin and farmhouse with a picturesque mountain backdrop is the perfect location for your small, intimate wedding. Indoors, we offer air-conditioned comfort and two fireplaces for ambience, ample outlets, and spaces for eating, drinking, and partying. Outside, we have three on-site ponds, a small rustic courtyard garden, and covered trellis with views of acres of rolling hills and forest. The dining hall at Deer Park Inn is available for on-site wedding receptions with meal service of your choice for up to 75 guests. On-site and off-site chefcatered farm-to-table dining is available for both on-site outdoor wedding ceremonies and celebrations and weddings hosted at other public and private venues.
  You Supply the Bride (or Groom) & Supplies
  You or your wedding planner may request use of our grounds for your tented wedding; however, the tent and all rental furniture, décor, equipment, materials, and other items and services required for your wedding (including the bride or groom) are your sole responsibility.
  What We Offer:
  To be clear, Deer Park Inn is available as a wedding venue (a location to hold your wedding ceremony) and we offer optional wedding reception meal catering for up to 75 guests.
  We Do NOT Offer:
  We are not a wedding planner or host. We do not have or rent out tents (or any other furniture, supplies, decorations, materials, services, etc.) that you will need for your wedding. You are responsible for making all arrangements to purchase or rent, and have available, everything you need for your wedding. Deer Park Inn cannot be held responsible for any aspect of your wedding event. You agree to assume ALL liability as the event host.

• Music & Concert Venue

  Deer Park Inn proudly supports the local and regional live music scene.

  Our property is available for small, intimate bookings with ticket sales of up to 250 guests. The inn offers restricted overnight accommodations for up to 12 band members and support staff with full chef-catered farm-to-table cuisine and an on-site bar The venue is ideally suited for small bluegrass, country, old-time, and gospel-style events, as well as eclectic local musical and performance acts.
